(Sorry it took me so long to tag!)
Daphne had been meaning to unwind in the air for weeks, but her schedules always seemed to get out of hand. Saturday had finally afforded her the chance she was waiting for. Work done, no clubs or meetings, a good night's sleep. The conditions were ideal at last, and given the way the sun was shining, Daphne suspected it would be a good time despite the wind.
She wasn't in the air very long when she spied someone else making their way up to the pitch. From her altitude, it was difficult to see who it was, and as she couldn't readily identify the figure she didn't particularly care who it was. If it was someone bothersome, she would do her utmost to ignore their presence. It wasn't until the other flier took off and rose into the air that Daphne realized she did indeed know who it was, and was perfectly pleased to watch Blaise moving through the air.
Waving an arm over her head and descending a little, she called out to him. "Blaise! Didn't expect to find anyone out here!"
