Charlie shrugged lightly at her response. He had no idea why it seemed like girls didn't listen to the works he was saying. he had proven it a few times by slipping in false fantasies of killing people. The girl would smile and nod as if murder was sexy. It was bizarre. And scary. His head tilted again.
"No clue," he responded honestly. "So why haven't we talked before, hrm? Do I smell bad or something?"
The boy let his leg brush up against hers slightly and his hand brushed her hair. He wasn't trying to play any games with her mind, he was genuinely enjoying talking away with Audrey for the first time ever.
