Penny could see the conflict in Percy's eyes, as he leaned forward, but she couldn't quite put a definition on it. Was it just relief she saw... was there guilt somewhere? Whatever it was, the desperation twisted at her heart a little bit, put a little bit more life in her pulse, and she managed another smile, shaking her head slightly and also checking around Percy to make sure Madam Pomfrey wasn't going to come running if she were to move more than an inch.
Once she was sure the nurse was out of eyesight, she used her free arm to push herself up further, and embraced Percy gently, her way of thanking him for the offer, trying not to tug at or irritate the potion drip in her arm as she did so. "This is fine. I don't think I need anything else right now." A pause, and she grinned, unseen by Percy. "Except maybe any of the food your mother's sent lately."
