Terry felt like taking a stroll outside with one of his best friends-Magic and the Serbian Nation, which Professor Binns encouraged the boy to read for some extra knowledge on the Western European style of old magic. Considering the book had been recommended by a ghost, it wasn't that bad. Then again it was hard to get vastly interesting in a 1,000-page book on one culture. Some authors were just long winded, but this one had art and diagrams along side tables and charts. It was nerd-heaven, as far as the boy felt. That was why he sat down on the grassy hill with his scarf up over his nose for a long while.
It wasn't until he heard his watch chime for a third time that he got up. No sense in wasting all of his time reading. Certainly Anthony or Michael was up to something by now. If not, Kevin still owed the boy a good round of chess. So, Terry got up and made his way to the castle but along his route he spotted Neville looking rather bizarre with what could have been plants. Terry had always been afraid to get near Neville while Snape was possibly around. He was not the Potions Master's favorite student and anything could happen around him. In fact, up until the DA, Terry thought the Gryffindor to be a mindless twit. Now he saw a kid that did try hard.
" Oy, Neville whatcha got there?" Terry asked brightly as he closed his book and walked closer.
