We never forget
We always have a move
That betrays who we are

I've been here before i know that
when i was young
i'd stare at the tv for hours
waitng for an answer
all i saw was saturday morning cartoons
now its forty years later
i stare at the computer screen and
all i see is wikipedia
and youtube
waiting for an answer
that will only come many lives down the line
when electricity has turned to dust
and i remember how to speak
in a language i knew centuries before
the language of Philosophers and fools
and drunken poets
sitting in cafes eating cheese
and drinking wine
and thinking
next time
it will all be right
yeah right
we never change
