Daniel felt extremely proud of what they were about to do. When he had found Atlantis' location, he knew there was a reason why they left it in the Pegasus galaxy. They had the chance to bring her back to Earth but they chose not to. It wasn't their place to keep the city on Earth. And he knew all of them would work together to make all of this happen.
"If we're going to take others with, maybe all of us should make lists of who we trust and compare them tomorrow," Jeannie suggested.
"Good idea," Jack said before he looked around. "All of you are going to have to act your pants off during the briefing with the IOA in the morning. But don't take it too far."
Taking John's hand, Daniel softly squeezed it. "We can use one of the secret labs I recently found. It's a lot like Janus' lab but they're empty," he explained. "Maybe we can meet tomorrow night. Say we're having a movie night with the senior staff or something."
"Good idea," Max said with a nod. "And the IOA has released me, saying I can go back to the city so I'll be there."
Just then, Torren let out a small scream and banged against his highchair tray. Laughing, Evan shook his head and opened up a container of baby food. "Sorry, buddy!" he said. When Evan scooped up a bit of food on a spoon, Torren reached for it. "Hungry, aren't you?"
"I think the little major has the right idea," Jack said as he started to pass the bowl of potato salad around the table. "How about we eat? We discuss all of this later."
