That little conversation between Harry and Tonks, about him being her charge, would likely never happen. Two reasons -- one, she still vividly remembered (as in a week ago vivid) him as a teenager. Teenagers hated that watching-over crap. Two, she conscientiously knew that he was her age (or extremely close to it) now. And twenty-two year olds generally hated that watching-over crap too. Didn't matter that the facts were that he was her friend and therefore she was gonna protect him. Mum was just going to be the word!
She had been staring at Harry, lifting her eyebrows a little when Remus came back in and said that. Giggling, she tilted her head. "Indecent? Why Remus Lupin." Tonks was extremely amused now. Never mind that she thought she was about as much of a lady as Hermione was a party girl. But the couch was pretty fine pickings from what other missions had her curl up in. "I don't sleep normal hours, but if you two insist that I sit awake on the bed instead.." Well, she shrugged, "Fine enough by me."
