It'd be some time before Ianto actually found the boot print, but when he did, he was going to yell. Well. Glare, maybe. Possibly spank. Who knew. As it was, he was distracted enough not to check at his rear when he felt the foot nudging him. "I like it," he announced, taking a good look around. "I'm worried, though, that if you tile everything, it'll be bloody cold in the winter." Which was a valid worry, up here in snowy Canada.
Ianto looked behind him at the seated Jack, grinning fondly. "I'm glad you're doing this, actually. I'm .. I'm glad you like it here. With me. I wasn't sure you would. And I wanted you to. I love you, you know. I want you to be happy here." And there it was, out in the open, though Ianto didn't seem too worried about it. He didn't really expect an answer, either, given that he was sipping his coffee now and rolling it round on his tongue while he examined the walls Jack had managed to put in already.
