He might as well be British, no one really cared about Wales, did they? The door was pushed open a moment later, the bell ringing with that soft chime as the leather-clad Doctor stepped through. He'd been here before, of course.. this was where they'd come to have tea the day that he arrived here in town. And he was still here. This had to be some sort of record for him.. but only because he couldn't get his TARDIS to relocate itself very far.. he'd tried several times already and had only managed to move about a hundred feet.. but at least he had a nice water-front view now.
"Hello." The greeting came easily, like most things from this Doctor, and he lifted a hand in greeting, the smile spreading out across his face and touching those brilliant blue eyes. "Not too early in the morning for a visitor, is it?" Since the shop was empty save for himself and Ianto, that was. "Not just tea here, right? You have other things? Milk from cows? Oh, I'd love a cup of hot cocoa made with milk." It was chilly outside but rather nice, especially considering that he was wearing that thick leather jacket. But something warm to go down his throat was always inviting.
