As promised here are your presents. I thought long and hard about what to get you, and I think you'll enjoy them. Also, I brought back some microbrew stuff as well, but I figured we'd tap into that once you get back. Not to mention some...other things, but I figured that would be best given to you in person and NOT sent by owl...you'll love it...trust me.
-Noah.
(OOC: Enclosed is a 6 pack of the giant cans of Fosters (25.5 oz each), and some worms.)
Caden and Maddie,
I'm not going to lie, I had no idea what to do for you two. But then I realized some of the side business going on, on both the reserve and in the neighboring town. It's not much, and I know it's a while off, but I figured maybe something for the wee one, yeah? I wanted to save it for later, but I didn't want to take any chances. So, yeah, they're both handmade and actually Mitch, made the puzzle.
Sláinte, Noah.
(OOC: Enclosed is a Merino hand woven blanket and a handmade wooden puzzle)
My dearest Ex-Wife,
So, I told you we went blasting for opals on one of our days off right? Well, in case I didn't, we did. And it was massive. Long story short, here. I ended up getting a few little loose ones so I had this one put into a setting. I thought you might like this, and I couldn't remember if you wore earrings...It's not much, but I thought you'd like it. I made sure that it was gold, just in case...so...yeah.
-Noah.
(OOC: In a small box sits pendant on a simple gold chain.)
Drew,
Dude. I can't stop eating these things. So I decided you needed them too. Because they're like crack Drew. Crack. You're welcome for this new addiction. And just think, it might be a year before I can get more...unless...anyway. I also have...other...gifts...like the rest of your birthday present. But that's best given in person. I tried swiping you an actual kiwi bird, but Josie kept telling me how bad tempered those things can get...or something.
Cheers! Noah.
(OOC: Enclosed is a large (and full) tub of Candy!)
Paaaaaaaaiiigggeeeee,
I think I'm starting to feel the giant Fosters now. But anyway. I missed you. And I got you presents. So. I hope you enjoy them. The earrings, they're all artsy and stuff. Something about recycled bottled glass or something. They made them in the town that "neighbored" the reserve. Oh, and New Zealand chocolate, for my favorite chocoholic.
I hope you like it, it's nothing much, but I thought maybe you could use a little something speical after having to put up with all of those wee ones all day. Plus, I owed you a birthday present, so hopefully this sort of makes up for it. I wasn't sure what to get you, but Josie (the woman who was housing me) said that these were really popular and had some deep meaning about friendship and all of that stuff. She wrote it down, it should be attached to this letter...hopefully. Can't wait until you get back and then we can chat about me brinin' a Greenie in for the kidlets.
How are you holding up there? Sorry I haven't been around more as of late...just...life has got me pretty swept up. But home now, and you know you can always call on me right if you need something? Anyway, I got you something that I hope will put a smile on that face. They're actually made from some of the scales we took off one of the dragons that died while I was there.
-Noah
(OOC: Enclosed is a small box containing earrings made from the scales of an Opaleye.)
Otto!
Hey, so I tried man, I tried to get a real one. Even got to hold one at the zoo, but alas, my attempts to smuggle a real one out of the country has failed...this time.
I honestly don't know how to say thank you for everything you've done for me, for Charity, for Otto, or the rest of the Mac clan. But...I really felt like I needed to do something. And if you're going to be all noble and tell me that you would have done it anyway, then, just take this as a present from one cousin to another for always being a good voice of reason and someone that I really just like spending time with. So, thanks for not being one of the crazy ones? ...Yeah...I've broken into the giant beer cans....I'm starting to get sentimental...I'm Irish...yeah...so, thanks Brenn. It might seem a little weird, but actually, the whole meaning behind it reminds me a lot of you and I thought it was kind of cool and it's not that big and ostentatious, so dunno. Dinner later this week to catch up now that I'm not standing there chain smoking and have actually gotten some sleep?
-Moose.
Also. There's some sweets for Perce...feel free to steal some...they're like crack.
