Terry wasn't quit ready yet to brave the kitchen during it's busier hours. The idea of a stream of smalltalk and how-are-you-where-are-you-from-how'd-you-get-here wearied her, although it was probably a good idea to make some contact with people who weren't Charles Xavier and Emma Frost. (Though she was fond of both of them.) But truth be told, Terry was rather shy and unused to dealing with people honestly, and pulling on one of the fake identities she used in the outside world to smooth over such conversations wouldn't do her good here.

So as was becoming her habit, she'd retreated to the roof, laid out on her back and a beer open and balanced on her stomach as she listened to the mutterings of the house below her and watched the sun go down. Autumn was her favorite time of year, the weather just the right side of cool and wet. Summer was a special level of hell after all and she wasn't sorry to see it go.
