"I am." Tony mumbled, keeping his eyes on the judge as he studied him, arms crossed and squished back into his seat. This trial was more like years than it was hours. Tony had already figured out the schematics for his suit's upgrades, assessed the damages to the portable one, and designed a new arc reactor in his brain. And if they didn't come to a decision the next time they returned from recess, he was going to request Steve punch him in the face to keep him up.
"Depends on the judge. No matter what, this hearing is in the public view and there clearly wasn't enough information to prove any of the bullshit they said about us. However, if the judge is against our cause then he'll give us the most punishment he can--whatever that may be. I don't think he's against us though. I think he's going to do what's best...but he's very hard to read."
