Mr. Fitzgerald looked at Tony as the gavel echoed through the court. It looked like he was pleased to show Tony upset about the situation. In his mind, if he made it look like Stark was passionate about the issue, it would prove he acted in a fit of passion and not with a level head. Unlike Rogers, Stark was able to toy with. Fitzgerald had a rather pleased smile as he proclaimed. "No further questions." And returned to his seat.
Fury sat at the defense table, looking to Steve with a stern look. Rogers seemed to be bewildered, and shocked at what just happened. Fury ignored it and motioned to the Lawyer SHIELD had on payroll. He would have liked to have Matt Murdock, but he had a previous commitment. As the defense Lawyer moved to where Tony sat, his job was to make the Avengers look good. And he better, since Fury knew that Tony and Steve were holding the future of their team on their shoulders.
