I can't read Cyrillic, but I can hazard a guess. I was more interested in Corporal James Buchanan Barnes, Howling Commando to be honest.

Back home. I was with S.H.I.E.L.D., not entirely sure what we are these days. But, at the academy, we learned a lot about the Howling Commando's, and the SSR. And, your name was the first name on the Wall of Valor.
