Because cold treats in winter are appealing.
Blue Bunny ice cream has gelato now. I had never tried gelato before, so I thought I'd give it a shot. I got the chocolate flavor which also had chocolate syrup and chocolate shavings on top. Very good stuff! I also like the espresso flavor.
The pistachio flavor is ok, but there were way too many pistachios on top. I love pistachios, but not on my gelato, I guess.
I do not recommend the Italian vanilla or whatever it's called. The flavor wasn't appealing. It also had chocolate syrup and chocolate shavings on top, but the gelato itself was sort of bleh.
I'd recommend the chocolate and espresso though. Just don't get them from my store because it's already hard enough to find them in stock! ;)
There are other flavors, but I've not tried them. |
