Alex finished her lunch in two more bites. It was really good, though she didn't think she would be able to convert to veganism. The problem wasn't eating vegan food, it was stop eating normal food, and she didn't think she'd be able to give up on meatballs so easily. But Erica had been so passionate about it, and she'd positively beamed at her when she'd praised the resort's vegan menu! She couldn't possibly break the happy mood. "Delicious," she simply said. "Do they have something like vegan chocolate cake for dessert?"
She grinned when Erica called her tiny. "Pocket-sized, more like," she joked. "But definitely not shy," the girl added, shaking her head. "Quite the opposite, really, I like being in a crowd and being the center of attention. Who doesn't, anyway?" she added with a small laugh and reaching for her glass. She laughed so much when Erica made a funny face that she almost choked on her drink. "Gods," she half-cursed, half-giggled, wiping the water from her chin with the napkin. "I'm surprised enough already! You do make it sound like an interesting job!"
