Every so often he would reach into his robe pocket and pull out a self-inking quill and a notebook, jotting down thoughts in a shaky hand, and then put them away again. How could this happen? They’d worried about being a target with so many important people in one place, but had taken every precaution they could. This proved, without a doubt, that someone on the inside was giving information to the Death Eaters. But who? Running a hand through his hair, Percy stopped and leaned against the wall with a sigh, ignoring the fact that his nice robes were covered in blood and he’d gotten a few bumps and bruises himself in the fight. His head rose as he heard footsteps, one hand going instinctively to the wand in his pocket even as he hoped it was only one of the family. link post comment
