Gargleblasted is a Hitchhiker's based community that seems like a more structured CFUD. Basically there are room assignments and IC jobs and income, but it's still kinda loose. There is a logs community, but it looks like it's fine to do logs *action* style. And the Infinite Probability Drive means sometimes people are catboys or whathaveyou. It looks pretty fun but it's entire Durarara cast recently died.
Hometrail is where I played Shizuo for about a week before I realized the setting and pace does not work for him. It's heavily LJ/communicator based (Gargleblasted is too) but has a prose-style requirement for the logs. If you're willing to write prose though, I think Kida would do well here, since he's active enough to meet everyone and take initiative. The setup is a fairy tale style thing where everyone ends up in a fairy tale land, and boards a hotel pulled by a giant who travels from one town to the next, and supposedly at each town is a plot event.
Siren's Pull I don't actually know much about, as I didn't research it very long. Somethingsomething dystopian future where everyone is dragged into a bubble. Seems to have plots, both mod and player run, as well as jobs and an economy to play with. But it seems pretty popular and only has a Izaya and Shizuo.
