Despite the different sides of the fence that they worked on now, this almost felt normal. She wasn't sure what to make of that.
"People are working on finding out who brought us here and exactly how," she told him. That would be nothing big to tell him. He would likely assume just that. "Who knows how long that will take, though." Deep down, she was a soldier, though. She wasn't the type to be the one finding out what brought them here.
