Blaine doubted that anyone was still where they were supposed to be--not with what was going on outside, and obviously inside as well--but he couldn't put off what he knew was important to Kurt. He was just worried that it might be impossible to find anyone in this chaos, especially without running into trouble themselves.
He followed Kurt down the hall, straining his ears to hear over the alarms, and glancing nervously up toward the lights every time they flickered, sending them almost into total darkness. "I wonder if the hospital is working off a generator," he commented quietly, just loud enough to be heard over the sirens. "I don't--" He came to a stop at the distant sound of gunfire, though this wasn't coming from outside.
Blaine tightened his hold on Kurt's hand. "Be careful."
