Lazily, she raised up from the couch, realizing just how tired she had been but insomnia prevented her from a good night's rest. She shook it off, loitered towards the kitchen where she fetched two bowls and spoons, then scooped out three scoops of ice cream each into the bowls, and placed them on the table. She sat in one of the chairs, taking a big bite, but slowly devoured it so she didn't get a brain freeze.
She was beginning to debate her intentions for tonight. The sooner she talked with Dawn the better. It was bad enough she was avoiding conversations with Willow to pacify her. "How's the ice cream. Good? It's not too cold right? Or too-too chocolatey?"
She was never good at playing it cool when she was aiming for a specific goal. Her nights of quality time with Dawn had gave the girl the ability to see through her. So, she was expecting that confused look to pop up sooner or later, and even questions. "And okay..There was more to this then mocha madness." She sighed heavily, paused purposely, striving for the appropriate words so she wouldn't sound offensive or accusing.
"Dawn...You know that I love you, right? And Willow...She loves you, too. We both do. And we would never want to hurt you in anyway, right?"
