Shigeo was still trying to get used to some things. Nothing bothered him too much aside from being curious about his family and Reigen. Poor Reigen was probably a mess without his not-so-secret weapon, Mob. Even if he was a con-artist, he was still worthy of being called master, at least to Shigeo, despite the man not having any psychic abilities at all when the entire point of Shigeo following him was to get better at controlling himself.
The boy sighed, wishing he could do his club activities as well. He was losing precious time that could had been used on giving himself more muscle, and not any 'fake' strength that his psychic abilities could make up for. It just wasn't the same; it would be cheap and cheating. The more he thought about it, the more he slumped in his steps. (5%)
Shigeo looked up when he heard a bird and then looked to the sky. Maybe looking at the clouds will help. It usually did whenever he didn't have Ritsu or Reigen to talk to. With that in mind, he looked at the closest wall before letting himself slowly float up to land softly on top. He didn't use flight or levitation often, but he didn't know any other way to get so high.
He smiled to himself before sitting down with his knees pulled close to his chest. "Much better." he mumbled to himself as his hair laid flat again from dismissing his powers. Another bird caught his attention and he followed where it flew before he saw some other person. He looked a lot different from the people in the town. He looked to be the same age or at least close, but it still made Shigeo slightly uneasy. Maybe he was also on top to watch clouds. He kept to himself though and remained quiet, looking to the sky, then to the other boy, then to the sky again; rinse and repeat. (20%)
