Andromeda had gone straight to Dora's school as soon as she'd gotten out of work. Her shift today had seemed to drag on more than usual so knowing she had a dinner planned with Alice was what kept her going. Her daughter had chosen to go with flame red hair today and Andromeda had to laugh at the little girl's uniqueness. She wasn't quite sure where the ability to change her appearance had come from but Andy was proud to have such a special daughter.

She stopped home briefly to pass Dora off to her husband. Ted was amazing and never complained when she wanted to night to herself. (Plus, he owed her from the last time he'd gone out with his mates and had come home at 3am and pissed out of his mind. Andy was still laughing about that one.) She changed out of her healer robes and into a pair of jeans and a blouse. Kissing her husband and daughter goodbye, Andromeda apparated to Diagon Alley.

Andromeda made her way to The Leaky Cauldron. It only took her a moment to spot her friend after stepping inside. She waved as she made her way over, sitting down in the chair across from Alice.

"This was a brilliant idea. Its nice to have grown-up time for a change."
