We are indeed going to be doing a holiday sale this week. We are going to kick off the sale on Friday, November 29th at 9:00AM (Eastern US Time UTC-5) with unusually low prices and run the kick off sale until 9:00PM (Eastern US Time UTC-5).

After that time we will reset to our standard sale prices and run that until the end of the year. On January 1st we will reset our prices back to normal, also we will be ending the sale of Permanently Insane accounts at that time.

Prices will not be announced until the start of the sale.

    I've had a support request since march about my account that was accidentally purged last winter. Are these requests going to be taken care of? It would be nice to get my coupon for the sale. Or just my journal back in general.
