Site issues

We are continuing to squash bugs related to the site move. We just removed some incompatible data from the database related to S2 styles. Please let us know ASAP if you have any issues in this regard. Also we are currently manually processing payments as the automated system is currently not functioning so it may take a bit longer to get your items when you pay via Paypal, but you will eventually get them.

In addition we are receiving reports of people not getting email from the site. We are certain that the site is sending them. We think we may know why they are being rejected, but it may take until Monday to get this resolved.

  i just wanted to say thanks again! i had made a purchase last night and got really nervous when it had been hours but it was in my inbox this morning. all the updates are super appreciated, you rock!

  Ever since the move, the simultaneous cross posting feature (x posting to IJ from DW) has not been working. The x post to LJ works fine.
  Any idea if that is a bug of yours? I've put in a ticket there, too, just in case.

    Its probably a bug on our side, but haven't had the time to work it out yet. I'll add it to the list.

        alisanne, use Semagic, and you can x-post simultaneously to as many of your IJ, LJ, DW, DJ, Scribbld and Wordpress type journals as you want. :)

      I think there's a bug related to the client protocol—I'm seeing "Failed to access class (LJ:XMLRPC): Can't locate LJ/XMLRPC.pm in @INC [...]" when trying to log in with a client (on the getchallenge call, I think).

  Thanks for the update on the email notifications. I've been checking my spam filters just in case but they're all good. Other than the notification problem for me the site's been working fine :D

  Just letting you know there seems to be an issue with the codes that come up to "prove you're human" when commenting anonymously. The picture shows that broken image icon.
