I gotta say, I'm really impressed and appreciative at how communicative and proactive you've been lately. IJ has been running really well despite the attack thanks to your efforts. Thanks Squeaky! :)
Hi, I know this isn't the right place but I put in a support request over two months ago and haven't gotten a reply. What's the usual response time on support tickets?
I hate to ask here, as well but I just submitted a support ticket on another account - I am having no comment notifications come through to my gmail account. Am I the only one experiencing issues?
I'm having the same problem. It started Tuesday with sporadic notifications not being delivered, but since about 10am I haven't gotten any kind of notifications at all. :(
I'm having this problem, too. I'm getting "Reply to your Post" and "Reply to an Entry" but never "Reply to your comment"... I was wondering if I was the only one.
over this past friday/saturday, i've had trouble with the site and having to refresh a page every couple of seconds for it to actually load. it doesn't matter which username i sign into, or if i'm signed in at all, it'll happen.
Hopefully this is something that can be fixed. I've been having probs for the last couple of days getting pages to load too. Some of my icons aren't loading, first off. But more worrying is that I've got a fair few paid rp journals (permanently insane) and when I try to load pages, I'm having to try a few times, each time, because I'm getting this message:

I put in a support request about 7 or 8 months ago about a purged account that was paid and I have gotten no response. That's far too long of a time to reply to requests, and conveniently enough, is way after the allotted time paypal will let me put in a request with them to get my money back but I'll surely put in a complaint with them and the BBB cause yes, I noticed, ij is on there even if you didn't seek accreditation, people will still see the complaints.
Hey Squeaky. I was just thinking about it over the last couple of days since you posted on Facebook about needing funds for the site. Have you ever considered building an iPhone/Android phone app that you could sell? LJ has a pretty basic one, but it's nice to have. Also...have you considered selling invite codes? It might not bring in that much profit, but it would be another something to offer maybe.
