There's a few things I wanted to say.

First of all, on the FAQ page you say, "For every 20 support points you earn by helping at the Support center [http://www.insanejournal.com/support/], you receive 1 invite code." How are we supposed to earn support points in a timely manner when answers to support requests go so long without being approved? There are open support requests from literally two and a half years ago. I opened a support request for something back in July, got a response in August, and the response wasn't approved for me to see until November. It seems like nobody actually cares about the support board.

Second, there's no way to report spambots. On Livejournal, there's a page users can go to and enter the names of suspected spambots for investigation. AFAIK, there's nothing like that here. Maybe something like that would help?
