InsaneJournal Announcements

I've just noticed that one of my journals has been deleted and purged without any sort of notification (as far as I know I've received all of my notifs for other journals that have been dormant but this one was never listed as being in danger). It was the moderating journal for three communities that a friend and I had planned on reopening and now all of the information is gone. Is there any way to access the communities without the maintaining journal? There's quite a lot of information we need to access still that can't be obtained without it.
