  If I just last week purchased this: Self-Committed [paid] with extra userpics Extra Userpics - Active, expiring 2012-03-12, would I be able to purchase the Permanently Insane Account by paying the difference or no? Probably not, but I thought I'd ask! I knew I should have waited another week! :(

  The account I want to buy a perm upgrade for has just been upgraded to a paid account for the next year. I seem to recall that when I bought my perm on LJ way back when, I was given an option to give the rest of my paid time to another user. Is this an option here, or not? It's really not going to stop me from getting the perm account with my next paycheck, but I'm curious as to what the policy is.

  I plan on buying a permanent account, but I'd like to solicit an opinion, from Squeaky or anyone else with experience in this sort of field. I'm undecided on whether I ought to buy it for this journal, which maintains my PB icon/layout community, quibblercons, or for the community itself? Does anyone feel that one makes radically more sense than the other? I don't use this journal for anything other than icon-related stuffs, so it wouldn't particularly benefit me in terms of flists or texting or whatnot; mainly I just need to be able to test layouts to make sure they work correctly for people applying them to paid journals, perhaps post polls, and whenever I do close the journal I plan on opening it up to everyone, rather than shutting it down to everyone, so the option to make all entries not f-locked in a few clicks would be awesome.

  I hope this is alright since I don't know where else to ask (opening a support ticket really didn't do anything for me.) I have a journal that I renamed and kept the ties between the two names but now I want the first name I had back, is there ANY way that can happen?

        With a couple of rename tokens, t's possible to rename the contents of Name A's journal to Name B while retaining Name A to use for something else, but not by renaming Name A to Name B directly. You're out of luck then

  sorry this is offtopic but can you help me, squeaky? or anyone for that matter? i made an asylum with this journal and removed myself as maintainer by accident and the person i shared the asylum with deleted the journal, is there a way to undelete it since it was made from this journal

  Didn't know where to put this but the friends add button hasn't been working for nearly a week now and was wondering if there was anyway to fix it? It just stalls and later adds people but it takes up to an hour. It used to run very fast, so hopefully you know how to fix it.
