I'd like to see permanent extra userpics get some love in all this and not just extra or insane. I really have no use for 5,000 icons. Maybe you could even have a different setting for how many can be bought in the permanent userpics? Like one could have 200 more and then have one for 500 more? I don't like the idea of wasting money on something I won't use everything from.
