Some spammer has been using InsaneJournal to host an image they are using in SPAM emails. I have run an automated process to suspend these users. I am posting this here to notify any users that if their account was accidentally caught in this suspension then to post a note here for me to unsuspend it.

    Wonderful. Once again, Junior has snuck down to the basement to use mommy and daddy's puter.

    Thank goodness you found the problem quickly!!! I get enough penile enhancement spam in my spam box. lol

    Aside from logging in, how would a person be informed that their account had been suspended? I've never had one suspended before. Does IJ send an email or...?

    i just noticed that in my journal, sometimes when i comment or someone else comments me, a random smiley appears in the subject when no one has selected one, how would i fix this?

    What's with the ads lately? I have seen not only religious ads, but ads for adult websites. I was thinking of getting my daughter a journal on here but I really don't want her to have to look at ads for adult sites when she is reading journals. I commented awhile back about one of the offensive ads, never received a response and still occasionally see that ad. Never had a problem with them before so I'm not sure why these ones have been popping up lately.

    on the "FAQ's" page whenever i click one of the questions it just basically refreshes the same page, instead of taking me to the answer.

    Squeaky, I haven't been getting notifications to neither my hotmail nor gmail account for about 12 hours now. Is it IJ, or the email providers?

    Just to add my voice to the 'no e-mail' thing ... I'm getting notifs on some of my accounts but am on others, and I'm use gmail for all my accounts.
