More site issues

Yesterday morning the site was running slow and timing out. This was due to a webserver that needed to be repaired. That was fixed at about 1:00PM Eastern. This morning I woke up to find that the userpic server was offline. That was a simple restart and now all your userpics are available again.

  This is a possible fix for tmail users. Just spoke to them on the phone, and they couldn't figure out why the site was blocked. They said that tmobile has changed their email addresses. So everyone that was tmail.com is tmomail.net. I would call and check on this, but the email being changed might be the problem.

  I've got someone who cannot log in at all. The site is coming up as a "does not exist." She is checking her banned sites, but IJ has never been one of those/has no reason to be, considering she tried at both her home and her work numerous times.

    To add onto this: she has found no banned sites. Her journal is v82gr8 which is visible for me on my end. This is not a white page, this is not a timed out error, this is a "site is not found" page. Her browser (Firefox) tries to load insanejournal.com and it cannot, then comes up with the message.

      That is not a problem with the site. I suspend it has something to do with her internet provider. Maybe she is trying from a school which is blocking IJ or something.

        No. IJ is not included on her banned site list, and more importantly, it's not something she has blocked from her home.
        
        If it's not site related, do you have an idea of what it may be?
