That depends on whether they have a font defined. In general, the answer is no. Most sites still define a font and a font size, despite the fact that this is frowned upon by style standards. But if there are other sites without definitions, they will now look... well, a lot like IJ! So pick a font you like and it will be applied to all sites that don't override your preferences. Sites that do will not change.
