Sweet, thank you for this, but what I'm really asking in relation to the first part is if we have to wait the full 14 days to request the token or not? I understand it's first come, first serve and I support that but I want to know if I should snap up a token ASAP or wait the 14 days.

Again though - thank you for the answer to the second half! :)
