As far as the site layouts go, I think you've got a great start. I've browsed all of them and so far, New Tweak is my favorite.
A lot of the layouts use light text on dark backgrounds, and that can be difficult to read. I think adding some more dark text/light background options with Tweak on them would be awesome. I also noticed that some of the site layouts were contest entries. Have you considered doing another contest?
