Thanks so much for keeping us informed -- sure, it sucks that it was down, but stuff happens, and the fact that you kept us updated on Twitter and then had an explanation for us right away keeps me from being panicked ... instead of flipping out and throwing something across the room, my reaction is "squeaky will take care of it soon, no problem." Even before I know what's going on, I know you'll be working to take care of it, and that makes up for any inconvenience.
