I just want to say THANK YOU for keeping us informed. It's so much better than other places, where not only do the admins not actually respond to user comments/concerns, but they don't bother to offer ANY explanation for why things are going wonky when they do. It's a lot easier to have faith in an admin who actually communicates with the users and keeps us informed.
