InsaneJournal Announcements

for me and a friend we are trying to make a journal and when we both go to create the log in numbers and letters that are suppsoe to show up prove i a a human (haha sorry its funny!) doesn't show up at all on both our servers. is this because of the shut off too? thank you for all your hard work!
