After doing some careful research I have decided to further change the amount of friends each user is allowed.

A Free Patient is now allowed up to 1000 friends and Self-Committed and Permanently Insane Accounts are unlimited.

Also I have updated the limits on link lists inside your S2 styles.

Previously all account types were limited to 5 links. Now Free Patients get 15 links, Self-Committed accounts get 50 and Permanently Insane accounts get 100.

    Hello! I saw some comparisons between LJ, GreatestJournal, JournalFen and InsaneJournal.
    It made me realise just how brilliant InsaneJournal is! :)

    Excellent! I was missing my links list - I have about thirty that I use, so this works well. I'm still getting a permaccount as soon as I can, though.

    Question: once I have a permaccount, is there another way I can make periodic donations towards upkeep of the site? $40 is mega cheap and I appreciate the price, but I'm so happy here, I will likely want to donate more bucks, cuz I know running this place is expensive.

    Are you considering virtual gifts, as a way to generate revenue? Other than buying paid time for people, that might be a viable option for users who are permanent.

    YAY!!!!! I don't have anywhere near that many friends and probably never will, but it's good news for the folks that do/will.

    Why is that you continue to be made of awesome every single day? And for that matter, why didn't I find this site sooner?!

    I had never heard of IJ before the recent debacle at LJ, and now, from what I've seen at your level of customer service and your willingness to respond to you users concerns, I don't know why so many of use did not just come here to begin with.

    Oh! Thank you very much for this. Around Christmas I'll be able to actually afford something, and possibly a permanent account if they're still around. I'd say I could next month, but all my birthday money will be going towards paying off Dragon*Con debt. And I second the v-gift idea. Because I actually like sending those gifts randomly, and it could be a decent revenue.
