Site down overnight

We are aware of the issues with the site being down from around midnight to 4am the past 3 nights. It seems we have gotten yet another mass influx of users. We will have the issues resolved by tomorrow night at the latest.

Thanks you for your patience and understanding while we work to upgrade the hardware here at InsaneJournal.

  This place is so much friendlier than either LJ or GJ. And it's kind of nice having a journal somewhere that likes to *communicate* with its customers when something happens.

    You should go back in the news archives to like... a month, six weeks ago? There's a post about scheduled downtime and all the comments sound so surprised that he's actually telling us two days in advance, it's great and hilarious.
