Due to the recent upheaval at Livejournal and the recent obsession with blogging sites and the ambiguous "Miller Laws," I'm here to talk about OBSCENITY.
Do you still hold that InsaneJournal will not remove content without a specific take-down notice from the government agencies concerned?
And, if so, can I get a link to this issue in the policy?
Looks like, if you can prove you won't remove content without a take-down order, you're going to get a second flood of eagerly paying customers.
