i've used cafepress before, both ordering and selling, and have found it to generally be good. they seem to have a relatively good checkout process and the stuff i've seen of theirs is generally at least pretty good quality. the one complaint i've heard is that their customer service phone number is quite prominently displayed, but their customer service staff can't really answer any questions about products in particular stores or help find products, etc., which is completely understandable knowing how cafepress works.
