InsaneJournal Announcements

I've been hearing some varied reports of InsaneJournal not being responsive during certain parts of the night. If anyone here can verify that and at around what times this happens, please let me know. I really want to do my best to make sure the site is responsive at all times, and there is some further tuning I may be able to do if I can get on the server during these periods.

Leave some comments here and discuss so we can come up with a good consensus on what time this is happening and if it's happing on a predictable basis.
