So we are running 100% in our new home at this time. I know we have gotten reports of notifications coming in slowly, out of order, or not at all.

We are aware and are looking into seeing what we can do about this situation.

Unfortunately, it looks like it's likely due to the fact that your email providers are seeing our mail coming from a new place. And since this new place is "Cloud Based" they aren't sure it is legit.

There are somethings you can do to help this. Make sure that "lj_dontreply@insanejournal.com" is in your contacts and setup a rule to make sure that email from this address isn't being marked as spam.

The more mail the large providers get from us that they can determine is legitimate, the higher our email reputation will get. Otherwise the site seems very very stable and most issues should be self resolving at this point.

Please let me know if you start to see significant 502 or 503 errors so we can track down what is going on.

Please continue supporting us with the sale we are having as we are incurring significant costs are part of this move. We intend to continue the sale through the coming weekend.

  Do we have any idea why tracking/subscription of posts isn't working? They plain aren't being saved as a notification setting, it looks like. Tracking prior to the issue (perhaps timed with the move?) is still working but nothing new is saving and thereby not notifying of new comments.

  hello! i keep getting logged out of every journal on firefox, is there a fix you recommend for this?

  Hi! Getting logged out of my journals on chrome, i see above someone mentioned this as well so maybe it's just a glitch but i panicked i was getting hacked and tried to look at my manage logins page and it looks like it hasn't updated since june and i can't see active sessions - might be something worth looking into so we can check our logins and expire sessions we don't recognize etc! thanks for all you do
