SPAM Comments

We are seeing a lot of SPAM comments coming in from Russia. We are doing our best to block them. Please keep deleting and reporting them as SPAM. This helps us identify networks to block.

  We believe we have now blocked the majority of the SPAM coming in.

    I got 70+ comments in one entry today, going through them and marking them as spam individually is going to take me forever :(

  Weird. I hadn't had one spam comment until today. Now, I've had three. Hopefully, this gets under control soon!

  Important tip to prevent spammers from commenting:
  
  Journal>Comment Settings>Enable comments from:>Scroll to "Friends Only" or "Registered Users"

  I'm not sure if this is related, but I just got a password request email sent to me that I didn't initiate. I don't know if it's related or not, but just to bring it to your attention in case it's related to the bots.
