InsaneJournal Announcements

I have left comments on the IJ Facebook. Complaints have been filed. No one has ever addressed them. Asylum posts keep getting dumped randomly for no good reason. I have purchased permanent accounts in the past, but since this problem continues for me with various accounts, as well as other people I know and their various accounts, our complaints have gone unaddressed, I do not feel inclined to give another red cent to Insanejournal.
