Wanda woke up for the first time in a while without shaken from a nightmare. It felt like something had shifted, or something in her head had. Since coming here, she had been littered with nightmares, and no one could help her with them. All she knew was that she felt refreshed in what appeared to be a very long time. Wanda was not sure if it was in her head or nit but she was going to take it as it was. She knew that while she was not a super soldier like Steve or Bucky, she had the ability to control her powers and now that some of her family arrived, it made things easier to deal with.
After cleaning herself up for the day, she decided to clean up her apartment a little and do some organizing. She was really getting into music streaming and found a playlist she really liked and sang along with it as she organized clothes and papers she left here and there. Her thoughts strayed to Bucky causing her to smile softly. She knew that she needed to tell him that her son was here and hoped that would not make him run away from her despite the fact William was a grown man. And to find the courage to tell him how she felt. She hoped that she would be able to do that as well.
She was going over this when she heard a knock on the door. Moving from the kitchen, she walked to the door and tried to stop her racing heart as she opened it. "Good morning, Bucky. Yes, I love pancakes. Would you like to come in?" She asked and moved aside to let him enter.
