"My da would kill us both." Aedan grinned. "Though I guess technically when you think about the results..." He smirked. "And no, it's no' like that exactly. The exact words were to think about where I stand, to come back or not when I ken where that is. It's more it's been changed a lot, since I started noticing, well...the absolute shite way everyone's treating each other. They hurt me once, and now I'm watching a lot of other things happening, that hurt other people...I dinna ken if I want to stay and fix it some approved way, or walk and do something more...to FORCE them to be better. " He shook his head. "They've given me the time. I can't be upset there. I've just...no idea what it is TO think over."
And he laughed a little as he stepped into the entrance hall. "Right well, brace yourself."
Which WAS the moment a lot of yelling could be heard down the hall.
"Lord Provost of this city or not, Sebastian Vael, you're gonnae be ended too, if yeh don't let me at my brother!" Calum's voice carried down, and Aedan snorted, as another figure, Iomhar, actually darted through the hall, carrying what looked like some kind of strings.
"Ah good." Iomhar said, still running. "Sebastian was worried you'd be out all hours. Do me a favor, don't tell Calum I was this way. And oh, company." He extended a hand to Brandon. "Iomhar Vael. Sorry, I've got a brother on the warpath or I'd stay around..."
