"I can imagine." Ezio laughed. "The money took a bit to get used to here, among the other things, but some of it's not so hard when you know the very basics."
They headed back, Tulio bringing up the rear on the way to the headquarters.
"Now I'm not sure who all are going to be around just yet. A few have been away on holidays but due back in today." As Ezio pushed open the door, a few of the usual suspects WERE hanging around.
Marcello was perched in an armchair, typing away on a laptop, something he'd learned fairly quickly, and glanced up, a little surprised then waved, noticing who it was. It was still a little awkward with his father, so it was just as well that there were other people here to save them from trying to find a conversation but... "Someone new's here?" He asked, raising an eyebrow.
"Tadgh and Enjolras got back from Belfast not TOO long ago, and the Fryes are..."
"I wish we could have stayed." Emmett's voice carried down the hallway as he tugged a suitcase in,, but he sounded less angry, more a little depressed by the end of the holiday. "I haven't got a lot to look forward to, considering that you still haven't committed to..."
"I'll think about it, Em. I really will." Jacob sounded a little tired, as he headed through then blinked. "Oh you're all back. And you've got...company? Are we recruiting? Shaun's got eyes on the new ginger LAD. Is this a theme now?"
