"Organizational stuff - well - paperwork begats paperwork, but - you might end up talking to a driver if I hire one on? I don't really need something to shine my shoes and I've got zero pleasure in waking someone up at the crack of dawn to demand my coffee and paper." Yvette smiles. "It sounds like you'd be excellent at what I need, if it doesn't seem too dull for you?"
"And cricket? I'm not bad at watching it, but I get winded too easily to be a fair hand at it. They'd play it at hunting parties in the country sometimes. I was passable at tennis until I'd get winded." Yvette pulls out her laptop. "If you'll excuse this - let me see here - this is an older house, but I was thinking of something like this. Rent out the first floor to a business, garden in the side and back, apartment for you and others and myself sort of affair. Does that sound - dire?"
The property is a narrow building on a tree lined street. Still has some of the original moulding on the walls and an elevator that will need repairs, but at least there is one.
